Fonte dei Fiori
is in the heart of central Italy, between the mountains and the sea but in sight of both. In the surrounding 50 km you have access to a range of historic and cultural sites and opportunities to explore wonderful Marche cities such as Urbino (known as the perfect Renaissance city), Gubbio (considered the most authentic medieval city in Italy) , Jesi (where Friederich II was born), and on the coast, Fano and Senigallia, (45km) also famous for their stunning blue flag beaches.
Fonte dei fiori is a good starting point for excursions on foot or by bike or car. You can enjoy an amazing view from 1700m high Monte Catria or visit the unique cave world of Frasassi (25km).
Le Marche region is well known for its superb local food in inexpensive osteria and trattoria. The food at Fonte dei Fiori is home made and organic and is mostly from our smallholding. We specialise in catering for meeting all dietry needs.
